How to Reach in Delhi

Travel to Delhi, the capital city of India. Delhi is conveniently connected to all the major cities of the world with almost all the major airlines operating out of here. Delhi has two airports catering to domestic and international flights, located 4½ km apart in Palam. The international airport, Indira Gandhi International Airport, is situated 20 km from the city center.

Delhi is connected to almost all the cities in the country by super-fast and express trains. The city has three major railway stations at New Delhi, Old Delhi and Nizamuddin. Luxury trains like the Palace-on-Wheels, Fairy Queen and Royal Orient Express can be taken from Delhi Cantonment railway station. Rajdhani Express trains connect Delhi from the state capitals. Shatabdi Express trains connect Delhi to the neighboring cities. Moreover, there are numerous other trains connecting Delhi through out the country.

Travel to Delhi by road is easy as it is connected to all the major cities of India through a well-worked-out road network and highways. There are various state managed and private operated transport facilities for local transportations and for intercity drives to choose from for pleasant and smooth travel to Delhi. Delhi is well served by three major Inter State Bus Terminus (ISBT) located in different pat of the city - Kashmere Gate ISBT, Sarai Kale Khan ISBT and Anand Vihar ISBT - apart from various starting points in and around the city.
