The Resorts consists of 28 villas and 2 Presidential Suites all designed differently and ethnically built in 12 acres of land. There are executive villas having the facilities of independent fax in each room. The Presidential Suite consists of two Double bed room with attached bath, sit out, independent fax etc. All the villas are equipped with AC, TV, refrigerator etc.

Dining

At the Kairali there are 2 acres of land is developed for herbal garden and coconut groves, 2 acres for natural forest, 12 acres for organically cultivated rice and other cereals, 2 acres for organically cultivated fruit and vegetable garden and 7 acres of coconut grove.

Ingredients used in all the amenities, including toiletries, are naturally derived or herbal. The fruits and vegetables are cultivated organically in the resort garden and it even maintains its own dairy farm.
